How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Your carpet will typically be fully dry in around 2-3 hours. Just keep in mind factors like temperature and humidity this can affect the drying time.

What cleaning method do you use?

We use the HWE or Hot Water Extraction method. This method is safe for carpets, people, and pets, leaving everything clean and fresh. We also use eco friendly products too! In some cases when removing stains etc we may use a sightly more aggressive product. 

Do you move furniture?

Yes, we move small furniture during cleaning. If however you would like the full carpet cleaned then removing any large pieces of furniture before our arrival would be appreciated

How long does it take to clean my carpets?

We usually spend about 1 - 2 hours during a clean. However, the total time can vary based on factors like room size, how much small furniture needs moving, and how dirty the carpet is, also if stain removal is required.
